About Us
SwapNation is more than just a clothes swap — it’s a movement.
Founded by Montana Marshall, SwapNation is a joyful rebellion against fast fashion and throwaway culture. We create curated, pop-up swap events that centre community, sustainability, and style — for women and children aged 0–5.
Our mission? To make fashion circular, conscious, and community-led. Whether you’re swapping a standout blazer or your toddler’s outgrown dungarees, we’re here to help you refresh your wardrobe without costing the earth.
SwapNation has been featured in BBC, Stylist, and Refinery29, and we’ve proudly built a growing community that believes in slowing down, sharing more, and swapping beautifully.
At our events, expect good vibes, great fashion, and zero judgment — just music, meaningful swaps, prosecco (for the grownups), soft play (for the littles), and a whole lot of love.
We bring a curated stock of high-quality items to every event to kick things off — then your swaps add to the mix, enhancing the experience for everyone. When items have been in rotation for a while, we donate them to charities in Jamaica and support local families in need — making sure every piece finds its purpose.
Welcome to SwapNation.
Let’s change fashion, one swap at a time.
